(If you're wondering why the blog has been low on Cole pictures lately, it's because he's suddenly aware of the camera, and now throws me a fake smile when he sees it. It makes me crazy, because he's so California boy these days, all blond hair and light eyes and insane, unpredictable energy. Such a great age, four. I'm going to miss it.)
