Even though winter here is kind of a myth, it has been colder these past few months, and we haven't done much outside. But spring is finally here and last weekend we started working on our front yard. Josh is secretly a mason, so he constructed a brick wall around our giant bird of paradise tree-thing. Cole was extremely interested.

And a quick video from last night, worth watching to hear Riis say, "Hi, Cole" clear as a bell at the end. (I know it sounds like I'm ignoring Cole here, but I'd already listened to his 10-minute story about the robot cement dispenser so it wasn't exactly new information.)
