We've begun to teach Cole the concept of knock-knock jokes, and he thinks they're hilarious. Sort of. Mostly I think he just laughs because we do, although he does like the "Knock-knock" "Who's there?" "Who." Who Who?" "Hey, who let an owl in here?!?" one.
So he's been trying out his own jokes, but unfortunately, it's always "Maylay" at the door. He just loves that group of sounds. Maylay.
As in:
Cole: "Knock-knock"
Me: "Who's there?"
Cole: [Pause] "Maaaylay."
Me: "Um, Maylay who?"
Cole: "D'oh! It's an owl!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Yep, that's three for you.
